Replaced rub rails – gum wood held in rot underneath, drove lots of the plank Replacement requirements
Removed all old hull and cabin paint
Repainted hull undercoat two coats plus two top coats
Boot line 1 inch white at the water line Trilux, wearing nicely looks sharp
Fiber glass on checking plywood on the cabin
Repainted cabin VC x two and top coat x two
Painted roof two coats
Stripped all deck seams of caulking
Hammered cotton in deck, amazing how much firmer the decks felt to stand on afterwards
Recaulked all decks with Maritime teak caulking, failed after one year, likely installation, you can see when i rains now, not during the last winter

Finished decks with oil mix, linseed etc
Thruster system through hulls installed x four plus inlet and pump installed
Remote monitoring of battery voltage pumps installed and monitor online, boat pumps out twice per week for 60 seconds all told, pretty tight for a wooden boat
Built steaming light holder and mounted to mast
Hull seams caulked where coming out
New zincs
New depth transducer
Two coats bottom paint bottom kote xxx
Lapped propeller shaft
Grease cleaned from bilge
